As a part of academic study, III year Batch (2018-19) visited Plumbing Lab at College of Engineering, Pune. An informative lecture on plumbing was conducted by Dr. Nitin Mohite (COEP Lab in-charge), explaining the functions of all the different types of Water supply and Sanitation systems. Lecture was accompanied by a Live demonstration of the actual functioning of the systems in detail. The lab displays various plumbing systems, working models, products and literature, latest innovations, modern sanitary and bath fittings. The lab also includes different types of Toilet layouts for Normal and Handicapped persons with plumbing and drainage details. It was a great learning experience for the students for 3rd year which would definitely help them in producing the detail working drawing as their course of study.
